Is there a minimum and maximum rental period?
The rental period is a minimum of six months and is limited to a maximum of 5 years, with the option to extend or tied to your enrollment.
Do I have to be a student to rent the apartments?
No, not necessarily. We offer our apartments to students, trainees, as well as young professionals and interested parties who are looking for a home in a furnished apartment.
Can I view the apartments in advance?
Of course, you can view the apartments, the property, and the location. Feel free to contact our rental team by writing to us through the contact form.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit must be paid. You can pay this in cash or alternatively as a cashless rent deposit guarantee.
What is included in the monthly rent?
The rent includes the use of your furnished apartment, the use of your own basement compartment (if desired), the shared use of common areas, and the usual utilities. The fee for high-speed Wi-Fi (internet access) and TV reception is also already covered by the rent. You can obtain electricity for your apartment through our partner “naturstrom”, which produces eco-electricity via a photovoltaic system directly on the roof of our building.
Your apartment is equipped with: a kitchen, two-burner cook top, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, bed, wardrobe, mirror, shoe cabinet, coat rack, dining table, chairs, and a spacious balcony with outdoor furniture. The four common areas can be used as a gym, laundry room, gaming room with dartboard and football table, and a co-working space.
